Where the food comes from
We know our farmers, our fishmongers, and our suppliers by name. If we can't trust the source, we won't serve it.

Less is more
A few great flavors beat a long list of so-so ones. We keep menus simple — and make sure every bite earns its place.

Timing matters
A great dinner has a rhythm — the lights, the music, when each plate arrives. We plan all of it so the night just flows.
4.
Your privacy
Your home, your guests, your conversation. We're there when you need us, and out of the way when you don't.
